This matter was convened for hearing on June 3, 2020, at which time the parties agreed to continue the matter to allow for a potential settlement. Through an Order dated June 3, 2020, the parties were directed to file a status report on or before July 6, 2020. No status report was received and through an Order dated August 3, 2020, the parties were advised that Complainant was required to file the status report on or before August 18, 2020, and that if the status report was not filed the matter would be dismissed from the docket and remanded to the Registrar.

A review of the docket shows that as of August 20, 2020, the required status report has not been received.

IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors.
