ORDER VACATING Green Street Communities Inc., HEARING License No. ROC 282770, RESPONDENT On May 15, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that the parties have resolved the complaint. Complainant further indicated that “[t]he administrative case can be closed at both OAH and at the ROC.” Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for May 28, 2020, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2020A-00734 against Respondent’s License No. 282770. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
