HEARING

On June 12, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that Respondent completed the work to his satisfaction and that he no longer wanted to pursue the complaint. OAH also received a Certificate of Completion signed by Complainant and Respondent. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for July 15, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2020A-00704 against Respondent’s License No. 313283.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
