On September 1, 2020, Complainant David M. Suess, through Counsel, (“Complainant”) filed a Notice of Resolution with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that “Respondent, AMERICAN SOLAR & ROOFING, has complied with the ROC Corrective order requiring the installation of the new solar inverter unit as agreed. The dispute related to ROC complaint 2020A-00528-CHC-ROC can be dismissed.”

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
