On April 15, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant with a Request to Close Case (Request). The Request was signed by Complainant and Respondent. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for May 11, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2020A-00285 against Respondent’s License No. 324164.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
