HEARING

On June 10, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an Agreement, signed and dated by both parties, which indicated that the parties mutually agree to close Case No. #2020A-00035-CHC-ROC. The Agreement was a result of a mediation that occurred between the parties on June 2, 2020. Thus, the need for a hearing has been obviated.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. #2020A-00035 against Respondent’s License Nos. 295508 and 244042.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
