On September 21, 2020, the parties filed a Stipulated Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have reached a settlement in this matter and requested that the hearing currently scheduled for October 2, 2020, be vacated.

Based on the above, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
