On October 21, 2022, the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (“AZPOST”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which AZPOST advised that “Respondent agreed to voluntarily relinquish his application for peace officer certification. This settles all matters between the parties, and there is no longer a need for a hearing . . .”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to AZPOST for any further action.
