On March 18, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that it wanted to close the case. OAH also received a Request to Close Case (Request) from Complainant. The Request was signed by Complainant. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for April 9, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-06304 against Respondent’s License Nos. 321436.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
