On March 5, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
