On February 25, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received a submission entitled Motion to Vacate/Withdraw Hearing from Sharon English which indicated “pending payoff by the title company.” Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for November 21, 2019, was not necessary. The OAH sent an email to all parties to verify if this information was correct. To date, the parties have not responded. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-06028 against Respondent’s License No. 301071. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 25, 2020.
