At the conclusion of the hearing, Respondent’s qualifying party expressed his intention to pay the amount required to remove the suspension following the hearing. Accordingly, the Administrative Law Judge intends to contact the Registrar to determine whether Respondent paid the amount required to remove the suspension, and whether the Registrar intends to remove the suspension. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, reopening the record in this matter, and holding the record open until March 3, 2020.
