ORDER VACATING

HEARING

On May 08, 2020, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) Administration issued a Notice of Hearing (“Notice”) setting the above-captioned matter for hearing on June 08, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., at the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) in Phoenix, Arizona.

On May 29, 2020, OAH issued an Order informing the parties that the hearing would take pace remotely. Videoconference and teleconference information was provided to the parties.

On June 08, 2020, both parties appeared for the scheduled hearing. Respondent requested a continuance. There was no objection from Complainant. The above-captioned matter was set for a Status Update on July 07, 2020, which was later extended to August 08, 2020. The parties were advised that “Failure to timely submit a stipulated motion may result in the matter being dismissed and remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.”

Neither party timely complied with the Tribunal’s Order.

There is no Settlement Order on file for this case at OAH.

Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4), that this matter is hereby vacated from OAH’s calendar and is remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any.
