The hearing of this matter convened on February 25, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. Complainant Christina Miller appeared on her own behalf. Gary Tidaback and Maggie Tidaback appeared on behalf of Respondent GM Construction, LLC. Registrar of Contractors Investigator James Dimond was present. During the course of the hearing, the parties participated in settlement discussions outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of those discussions, the parties entered into a settlement agreement.

Based upon the resolution of the matter in dispute,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
