On January 30, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate which indicated that the parties have reached a settlement and that the hearing currently scheduled for January 31, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Arizona Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019-05693 against Respondent’s License Nos. 300113.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
