On February 20, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that Complainant and Respondent agreed upon a settlement payment that was paid in full. Complainant requested to “[p]lease consider this matter closed.” Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for February 20, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-05592against Respondent’s License No. 312801.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
