On May 29, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that it would like to withdraw its complaint against Respondent. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for June 15, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-05543 against Respondent’s License No. 316577.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
