HEARING

On May 5, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that Respondent refunded his payment and that the refund was an acceptable resolution to him. Complainant further indicated that he did not wish to pursue any further legal actions against Respondent. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for May 27, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-05402 against Respondent’s License No. 195138.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
