On January 7, 2020, the Registrar of Contractors filed a Notice of Settlement and

Request to Vacate, with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings indicating the

parties had settled the matter. The Registrar therefore requested that the hearing

scheduled in this matter be vacated and that the matter be remanded to the Registrar of

Contractors for dismissal.

Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this

matter scheduled for January 8, 2020, and any further proceedings are vacated from the

calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors

for further action, if any.
