On December 30, 2019, Joe Engel emailed the Office of Administrative Hearings, on behalf of Complainant, and advised that he no longer wanted to go to court on this matter because the “[d]ebt has been paid in full.” Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for January 6, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019-05164 against Respondent’s License No. 291723.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
