On February 8, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received a Stipulated Notice of Settlement, Request to Close Case, and Vacate Hearing from Respondent which indicated that “the parties respectfully request that the case be closed and dismissed with prejudice and the hearing set for February 18, 2020 vacated.”

Based on the foregoing,

IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-05021 against Respondent’s License No. 296619.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
