RESPONDENT On August 20, 2020, the Registrar of Contractors filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the ROC advised that the Complainant wished to withdraw her complaint, and the hearing currently scheduled for September 21, 2020, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action Done this day, August 20, 2020.
