On April 13, 2020, counsel for Complainant filed a Notice of Appearance and

Complainant’s Notice of Settlement and Motion to Dismiss with the Arizona Registrar of

Contractors (Registrar), that was subsequently forwarded to the Office of Administrative

Hearings, in which counsel advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all

outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for April 14, 2020,

was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the

calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further

action.
