At the scheduled hearing on the merits, Respondent’s representative tendered a check in the full amount claimed to be owed to Complainant’s representatives to resolve the complaint that it had filed with the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). The Administrative Law Judge held the record open until December 10, 2019, to allow Complainant time to notify the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) if Respondent’s check failed to clear the bank. To date, Complainant has not filed anything with OAH. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter from OAH’s docket.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
