IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 25, 2019, Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate (Motion) with the Office of Administrative Hearings. In his Motion, Complainant advised that Respondent paid him $1,600.00 on November 23, 2019. That payment satisfied Respondent’s debt to Complainant. Complainant no longer wanted to go to court on this matter. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for November 25, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-04567against Respondent’s License No. 247641. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 25, 2019.
