IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 20, 2019, the Office of Administrative Hearings received a Request to Close Case (Request). Complainant and Respondent reached an agreement and Complainant considered the matter resolved. The Request was signed by Complainant and Respondent. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for November 27, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-04035 against Respondent’s License No. 092391. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 20, 2019.
