On October 30, 2020, the parties filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate Hearing and Dismiss Complaint Without Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they were working through the claim process under the Arizona Purchaser Dwelling Act and mutually agreed to vacate the hearing in this matter, dismiss the complaint without prejudice, and proceed in either litigation or arbitration. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
