ORDER VACATING

HEARING

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 21, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General John Tellier appeared on behalf of the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Complainant Josephine Sherman appeared on her own behalf. Respondent W B 12 Corp. did not appear notwithstanding a 15 minute grace period given.

Prior to the commencement of the hearing, Mr. Tellier informed the Tribunal that the Registrar has amended the payout order from the Recovery Fund to include a previously disallowed amount, and that Complainant is in agreement with the new payout amount. Complainant confirmed her agreement with the revised payout amount. Mr. Tellier requested that the hearing be vacated and informed the Tribunal that the Registrar will issue an Amended Notice of Payout in order to give proper notice to Respondent of the change in the payout amount.

Based upon the above, and on Motion of the Registrar,

IT IS ORDERED VACATING the hearing and remanding the matter to the Registrar for appropriate action.
