IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 20, 2019, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received an email from Complainant which indicated that “the ROC issues that were required to be fixed have been met to the best of their ability.” OAH also received a Request to Close Case (Request) from Complainant and Respondent. The Request was signed by Complainant and Respondent. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for November 21, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-03544 against Respondent’s License Nos. 282253 and 301994. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 21, 2019.
