IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 23, 2019, Respondent filed a letter with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent stated that he wanted to vacate the hearing regarding his license scheduled for October 21, 2019. On September 25, 2019, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Response to Respondent’s Motion to Withdraw in which it advised that it consented to Respondent’s request to withdraw his request for a hearing and requested that the matter be vacated and remanded back to the Registrar. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, September 25, 2019.
