On December 30, 2019, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received Notice of Settlement and Request for Dismissal from Complainant which indicated that “this matter has fully settled for the involved corrective work and for monetary consideration, and therefore requests that this matter be dismissed and that the hearing, set for January 9, 2020, be vacated.”

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-03491 against Respondent’s License No. 287626.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
