Complainant. Complainant advised that he no longer wanted to go to court on this matter

because he and Respondent have worked out their differences. Thus, the hearing

currently scheduled for October 17, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019-03450 against Respondent’s License No. 270531. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
