HEARING

On January 28, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received a Notice of Withdrawal of Complaint (Notice) from Complainant which indicated that there was a successful resolution of the dispute between the parties and that the matter be closed. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for February 13, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-03443 against Respondent’s License Nos. 284810 and 284809.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
