ORDER REOPENING THE RECORD FOR THE LIMITED PURPOSE OF SUBMISSION OF ANY EXHIBITS BY STIPULATION
Although this matter was considered to be concluded after the parties presented their closing arguments on February 11, 2020, the Administrative Law Judge is reopening the matter solely to allow the parties to determine which exhibits, if any, should be accepted into evidence by stipulation. No evidence other than exhibits by stipulation will be considered and no new legal arguments will be accepted.
IT IS ORDERED that the record is reopened for the purpose of allowing the parties to stipulate to the admission of any exhibits;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter will be “concluded” effective on February 19, 2020. See Ariz. Admin. Code § R2-19-116(H). Consequently, the Administrative Law Judge Decision will be transmitted to the Department on or before March 10, 2020. See Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 41-1092.08(A).
