On October 31, 2019, the parties filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they stipulated to vacate the hearing currently scheduled for November 1, 2019. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, October 31, 2019.
