IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The administrative hearing in this matter convened on October 24, 2019; the hearing was conducted telephonically with the parties present in Flagstaff and the Administrative Law Judge at OAH in Phoenix. At that time, the Respondent and Registrar Investigator indicated that they had received pictures from Complainant; however, the Tribunal had not received any filing from Complainant. At the time of the hearing, Complainant also proposed to submit additional pictures. The parties were advised that the hearing record would be held open for the Complainant to make the submission by the next Friday and that a date would then be chosen for the close of the record. Complainant’s pre-hearing filing was received at the Registrar on October 24, 2019, which forwarded the filing to the OAH. Complainant’s post-hearing submission was received at OAH on October 30, 2019. IT IS ORDERED, the submission having been received, the hearing record is considered closed effective November 12, 2019 and a decision will follow. ORDERED this day, November 7, 2019.
