IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 18, 2019, the Complainant emailed the Office of Administrative Hearings and advised that she no longer wanted to go to court on this matter because Respondent fulfilled its contractual obligations. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for September 25, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019-00132. Respondent was an unlicensed contractor. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, September 20, 2019.
