On November 15, 2019, a hearing commenced in the above entitled matter. Shortly after the hearing began, the parties took some time to discuss the matter. As a result, Complainant requested to withdraw its complaint, without prejudice. Respondent was in agreement with the Complainant’s request to withdraw the complaint without prejudice. Thus, the hearing on November 15, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019-01784 against Respondent’s License Nos. 249334, 249335, 294687. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
