A hearing on the merits had been scheduled for August 23, 2019. At hearing, the Administrative Law Judge provided the parties with time to discuss the matter off the record. After the discussion, on the record, the parties informed the tribunal that the matter was resolved and Complainant’s representative requested to withdraw the request for a hearing. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on August 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
