IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On September 19, 2019, the Complainant emailed the Office of Administrative Hearings and advised that “[t]his matter has been resolved. Complaint is withdrawn #2019-01657.” Based on Complainant’s request to withdraw, the hearing currently scheduled for September 19, 2019, was not necessary. It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019-01657 against Respondent’s License No. 264008, 299178. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, September 19, 2019.
