On July 22, 2019, Complainant filed a motion to vacate the September 4, 2019, hearing with the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings in which he indicated that Respondent had completed the work. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for September 4, 2019, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any. Done this day, July 26, 2019.
