On August 13, 2019, counsel for Respondent filed a Notice of Settlement and

Stipulation to Vacate Hearing and Dismiss Complaint with Prejudice with the Office of

Administrative Hearings in which counsel advised that the parties had reached a

settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for

August 15, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the

calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of

Contractors for further action.
