IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 17, 2019, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that it had reversed its decision and granted Applicant’s Qualifying Party Exemption Application. Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
