IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On June 28, 2019, the Registrar of Contractors (ROC) filed a Request to Close Case with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the ROC advised that the parties had reached an administrative resolution in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 8, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the ROC for further action. Done this day, July 2, 2019.
