IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Jennifer Marie Gurski (“Complainant”) has informed the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) that repairs have been completed by the contractor that she hired and that Anytime Plumbing LLC DBA: A M P M Plumbing (“Respondent”) paid the contractor. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the status conference that had been scheduled on this date at 4:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Because there was some confusion at the original hearing about Complainant’s need to interact with another contractor to fulfill the Registrar’s directive that required Respondent to pay for a contractor that Complainant hired to perform work to repair collateral damage that was beyond the scope of Respondent’s contractor’s license, but Respondent was always willing to pay another contractor to repair the damage, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar dismiss Complainant’s complaint rather than closing it.
