On January 10, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received a

Motion to Vacate Hearing and Remand to the Registrar (Motion) from the Registrar of

Contractors (ROC). In the Motion, the ROC indicated that neither party timely requested

a hearing with respect to the amended award. Thus, the hearing currently scheduled for

January 31, 2020, was not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s

complaint in Case No. 2019A-01122 against Respondent’s License No. 310115.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the

calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors

for further action.
