IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, in the interest of efficiency and conservation of resources, the Complainant, Jennifer Toole, may submit her brief on or before February 7, 2020, that the Registrar of Contractors submit briefings of their position on this matter to the Administrative Law Judge on or before March 6, 2020, and that the Complainant submit her response brief on or before March 23, 2020. Upon full briefing of the matter by the parties, the ALJ will then consider the evidence, the arguments presented, and issue a ruling.
