Complainant Benjamin Clyde Castleberry’s attorney has notified the Office of Administrative Hearings that he has settled his dispute with Respondent All Phase Construction LLC and, therefore, moves to dismiss the complaint that he filed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on this date and on October 16, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
