On January 9, 2020, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received a Stipulation to Dismiss from Complainant which indicated that “Complainant and Respondent agree and stipulate that the above captioned matter is dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees.” Thus, any further status hearing dates were not necessary.

It is recommended that the Registrar of Contractors close Complainant’s complaint in Case No. 2019A-00980 against Respondent’s License No. 289216.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
