On July 3, 2019, Complainant filed a notice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that the agreement reached in mediation had been fully executed and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, July 3, 2019.
